It adopts PCIe interface to connect NVMe M.2 M-key solid state drives, offering remarkable high-speed read and write performance to replace slow microSD storage. It supports 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280 size M.2 NVMe SSD, works with PCIe Gen2 and Gen3 modes and enables booting Raspberry Pi5 directly from NVMe SSD. The side-mounting structure comes with acrylic mounting plate, which avoids blocking the GPIO header and retains room for other HAT modules. Onboard power and activity LEDs help you check working state easily. Perfect for building lightweight NAS, media storage servers, edge computing and data logging projects. Raspberry Pi 5 and M.2 SSD are NOT included.
