No extra driver is required, easy to install inside the laptop. It supports common M.2 lengths including 2242, 2260 and 2280. Replace the original hard drive with a faster M.2 SSD to boost boot speed and file reading & writing performance. Great for DIY refurbishment and storage expansion of MacBook 2012. SSD is not included.
