AJMRTC M.2 NGFF M-Key to SFF-8643 adapter is designed to route NVMe PCIe signal out through SFF-8643 connector for U.2 NVMe SSD, backplane and storage enclosure. Important reminder: this adapter only passes PCIe NVMe signal and does NOT convert NVMe protocol into SATA. It cannot work for SATA devices or turn NVMe SSD into SATA drives. It works with standard M.2 M-key NVMe SSDs, supports PCIe 3.0 / 4.0 x4 speed and brings enterprise U.2 storage expansion capability to motherboards with M.2 NVMe slots.
