AJMRTC dual M.2 NVMe to SFF-8654 SlimSAS adapter is a professional hyper storage riser designed for enterprise and high-performance workstation builds. It converts two M.2 NVMe SSDs into a single SFF-8654 8X SlimSAS port, allowing flexible routing of NVMe storage through SlimSAS cables to host boards, backplanes or PCIe expansion ports. It supports both NVMe and AHCI protocol SSDs and runs at native PCIe 4.0 speed, automatically falling back to PCIe 3.0 when paired with older host controllers.

Important note: This adapter does not carry a hardware RAID chip. RAID0 is built via Intel VROC (Virtual RAID on CPU) software RAID, managed by the CPU and motherboard firmware. PCIe bifurcation is mandatory. If your mainboard or host controller does not support lane splitting, the system will only detect one M.2 SSD instead of both.

The high-quality PCB layout strictly follows high-speed PCIe signal rules, reducing crosstalk, attenuation and signal loss during long cable transmission.
