    2. For iphone 16-12 series, please do not use a phone case larger than 2MM to achieve the best charging effect.

  • If your iPhone can't be charged, it may be caused by the IOS version (especially IOS 14.3). Please try restarting your phone to resolve this issue.

  • It may be caused by unstable voltage, please don't use computer or other devices to power wireless charging, please use the charging cable and fast adapter in our box.

  • AirPods charging case models A3058, A2897, A1602 are not supported wireless charging. You can find your charging case model on the charging case lid.

  • If for iPhone 15 "can't be charged after the battery reaches 80%" appears after updating to the latest version of the system, this may be a system problem. Please wait for the ambient temperature to drop before charging normally.
