How to copy photos and videos:
1. Connect the host of the data migration cable to the iPhone/iPad (new device) and plug the other end in to the iPhone/iPad (old device) where the data to be copied.
2. Open both side devices’ "Photos".
3. Waiting for about 10~15 seconds. There will pop up an authorization.
4. Click "Trust" on iPhone/iPad (old device) and enter the iPhone/iPad password.
5. You can see "import" in the bottom right corner of the photos of iPhone/iPad (new device), and click "import" to browse the photos and videos in iPhone/iPad (new device).
6. Select the photos and videos that need to be copied from iPhone/iPad (new device), and import them.
How to migrate all iPhone data?
1. Connect the host of the data migration cable to the iPhone/iPad (old device) and plug the other end into the iPhone/iPad (new device).
2. Power on new device, Put the new device near old device. After a moment, there will a "Quick start" appear on the screen in new device, Waiting for a few moment, you will see a pop up "Set up New iPhone" in old device. Confirm that it was your Apple ID, then press "Continue".
3. Waiting for new device appears animation. Place the old device directly above the new device, and position the pattern in the circle in the viewfinder. 7. If you have an Apple Watch and want to set up in new device, system will ask if you want to transfer your Apple Watch data and settings.
8. Place the two devices next to each other until the iPhone data migration process is complete. The transfer time depends on a number of factors, for example, the amount of data you transfer, settings parameters etc.
Note: If the new device has been activated, you need to restore and clear the data before migrate the data. Factory reset will clear all data, so if you have very important data, please back it up in advance!
Restore steps: "Settings" --> "General" --> "Restore" --> "Erase all content and settings" (all data in the phone will be wiped)
