What's the maximum size of labels it can print? How can the customer get the free label?
P0 Label Maker uses pre-cut label, the maximum width of labels the P0 can make is 0.55" (14mm), the length depends on the pre-cut label paper length, usually 0.8"- 2.8"(20mm to 70mm). The free label is already placed in the machine.
Can it print colored labels or just black text?
The label maker can only print black text. It uses monochrome direct thermal printing technology which does not support color printing. However, you can create color labels by using color pattern label tapes.
Is the label paper encrypted? Where can I buy the tape refills?
Our labels are not encrypted, so it's not a compulsory purchase. Our machine can adapt to most brands of unencrypted refills,If you need to buy, you can select them in our store, or search for "detonger labels" on e-commerce websites.
How can i use my other brand labels with this machine?
Open the App?Create Label?Blank Label?Input the label size you are using, then you can get a right size template, edit on it and print it out.
ps: If the other brand label are encrypted by using special materials or methods ,it may print blurry.
What should I do if I find that the label machine stop working and it has passed 's return window?
Don't worry! As long as you purchase Detonger products, even if the return window is closed, we will provide you with high-quality exchanges and other after-sales services within one year after purchase!
