Do I need to subscribe to VIP?
The free fonts, images, and icons provided by the APP are enough for daily use, It's not necessarily to purchase a membership service, and even without a membership, the print quality on the app is excellent and the design choices are plentiful.
Why the label printer will auto-turn off?
To save energy, the label maker will auto-turn off after 15-minute pause when you don't use it. And you could also set the auto power-off (15min, 30min, 60min, never) to meet your needs.
Can this label printer work with Off-brand labels?
Only NIIMBOT thermal label paper is supported. Off-brand labels may not be recognized by the printer and may cause malfunction or poor printing results.
Is color printing supported?
Only provide monochrome (black and white) printing.
What can you do if the printing is not clear?
1. Connect B1 through Bluethooth on APP "NIIMBOT".
2. Click on "Me- "My device"-"Firmware version" -and update to 3.02 immediately.
3. The printer emits a "beep" sound, indicating that the firmware upgrade is successful.
