USR-TCP232-306 is a cost-effective industrial serial-to-Ethernet converter, designed to convert RS232, RS485 and RS422 serial data into standard TCP/IP network signals. It allows traditional offline serial equipment to access local area networks for remote data transmission and monitoring.
This serial server supports TCP Server/Client, UDP transmission and Modbus gateway mode, perfectly docking PLC, power meters, sensors and monitoring devices from mainstream automation brands. Equipped with self-adaptive 10/100Mbps Ethernet port, it covers baud rates from 600bps to 230400bps to meet various communication demands.
With built-in anti-surge isolation circuit and automatic reconnection mechanism, the converter maintains continuous online performance in factory environments. Users can easily adjust parameters via embedded web page or virtual serial port tool, and remotely upgrade firmware without disassembling the unit.
