USR-TCP232-410s is a compact industrial serial-to-Ethernet device server, which converts RS232 and RS485 serial data into standard TCP/IP wired network signals to realize remote data transmission of traditional serial equipment.
It integrates complete network functions including DHCP and DNS, allowing automatic IP acquisition and access via domain names without complicated static IP configuration. The device supports Modbus transparent transmission, perfectly matching PLC, monitoring instruments and sensing equipment from mainstream automation brands.
Equipped with self-adaptive 10/100Mbps RJ45 Ethernet port, it supports baud rates ranging from 600bps to 230.4Kbps. With built-in electromagnetic isolation protection and automatic reconnection mechanism, it can run stably 24/7 under harsh industrial conditions. Users can adjust all communication parameters through the embedded web server or virtual serial port software, and remotely update firmware online. Widely used in industrial automation, intelligent access control, environmental monitoring, equipment remote maintenance and data acquisition systems.
