The USR-TCP232-410s is a mini industrial serial-to-Ethernet device server that converts RS232 and RS485 serial data into TCP/IP wired network data, realizing remote data collection and networking of traditional serial equipment.
It comes with complete network functions including DHCP and DNS. DHCP enables automatic IP address assignment without manual static IP setup, while DNS allows device access via domain names for cross-network remote monitoring. Supporting Modbus RTU transparent transmission, it works perfectly with mainstream brand PLCs, meters and sensors.
With 10/100Mbps self-adaptive RJ45 Ethernet port and wide baud rate from 600bps to 230.4Kbps, it delivers stable bidirectional data transmission. Equipped with surge isolation protection and automatic reconnection mechanism, it can operate reliably in complex factory environments. Users can configure all parameters via embedded web page or virtual serial port tool, and remotely upgrade firmware online. Widely applied in industrial automation, intelligent access control, environmental monitoring, equipment remote maintenance and data acquisition projects.
