USR-W610 is an industrial wireless serial server that converts RS232 and RS485 serial data into WiFi or wired Ethernet TCP/IP signals. It helps traditional offline serial devices achieve wireless remote data transmission without complicated wiring.
This converter supports both WiFi and RJ45 dual network transmission modes, which can be switched freely according to on-site wiring conditions. It supports TCP Server/Client, UDP and Modbus gateway functions, perfectly matching PLC, power meters and sensing equipment from mainstream automation brands.
Equipped with stable WiFi signal transmission and built-in electromagnetic isolation circuit, it effectively resists interference in factory and outdoor monitoring environments. The device supports baud rates from 600bps to 230.4Kbps. Users can adjust all communication parameters via embedded web page or virtual serial port tool, and remotely update firmware online. Widely used in industrial automation, intelligent building, environmental monitoring, remote equipment data collection and IoT projects.
