AJMRTC Elfin-EW40B serial server gateway converts standard RS232 serial signals into WiFi and Bluetooth BLE5.0 wireless signals for industrial IoT data collection. It supports Modbus RTU to Modbus TCP conversion and can run under STA, AP or AP+STA dual-network mode. The internal PCB antenna delivers reliable 2.4GHz WiFi coverage without external antenna wiring. Users can configure parameters via built-in web page, serial command or IOTService software, and perform wireless OTA firmware updates remotely. It supports TLS, AES and DES3 encryption to protect transmitted data. It works with common PLC, meters, sensors and serial instruments. It is widely used for factory automation, smart power, environmental monitoring and remote serial data transmission projects.
