Bykski CPU-SR4189-X Full Metal CPU Water Cooling Block for Intel Xeon Scalable (LGA 4189)

The Bykski CPU-SR4189-X is a water cooling block for 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors on socket LGA 4189. Server chips run at full load for hours, and a server heatsink only moves heat the chassis fans push through it. This block takes that heat off the IHS into your loop instead.

Beneath the all-metal housing sits a nickel-plated copper cold plate with 54 fine micro-channels, giving the coolant more copper to pull heat from. It is built for a machine that never powers down.

Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader - do not apply thermal pads to the IHS. Over-tightening the mounting screws can crack an acrylic top or bow the socket retention frame; tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight.
