The Bykski CPU-4189-SR is built for 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors on LGA 4189. These chips run heavy jobs for hours, and a server heatsink only moves heat the chassis fans push through it. This block takes that heat off the IHS and into your loop.
The nickel-plated T2 copper cold plate sits on the IHS, with a 0.35 mm base that keeps the path short. Sixty 0.3 mm micro-channels give the coolant plenty of metal to pull heat from. The brass and aluminum top is rated to 6.0 bar.

Warnings

Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader - do not apply thermal pads to the IHS. Over-tightening the mounting screws can crack an acrylic top or bow the socket retention frame; tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight.
No printed instructions are included; the installation illustration is in the gallery images. The manufacturer may modify the design, so the delivered product may differ from the images. Qualified users must install it themselves. The manufacturer isn't liable for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, noncompliant operation, or incompatible hardware or fluids.
