The Bykski CPU-4677-SR is a water block for Intel Xeon Scalable 4th and 5th Gen and Intel Xeon 6 (6500 / 6700) processors on LGA 4677 and LGA 4710 sockets. These high core-count chips run at full load for hours, and a server heatsink only moves that heat as far as the chassis fans push air. This block carries it into your loop instead.
The nickel-plated T2 copper cold plate is cut with fine micro-channels, giving the coolant more copper to pull heat from. A brass and aluminum top completes the metal build for a loop that never powers down.

Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader - do not apply thermal pads to the IHS. Over-tightening the mounting screws can crack an acrylic top or bow the socket retention frame; tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight.
No printed instructions are included; the installation illustration is in the gallery images. The manufacturer may modify the design, so the delivered product may differ from the images.
