Bykski CPU-SP5-SR Durable Metal CPU Water Cooling Block for AMD EPYC (Socket SP5 / LGA 6096)

The Bykski CPU-SP5-SR cools AMD EPYC 9004 and 9005 series processors on Socket SP5 (LGA 6096). Chips like these run heavy workloads for hours, and a heatsink only moves that heat as fast as chassis fans push air through it. This block carries the heat off the IHS into your loop, so the processor no longer depends on case airflow.

The nickel-plated copper cold plate sits on the IHS and pulls heat into the coolant through fine micro-channels. The all-metal brass and aluminum top keeps the block built for a loop that runs without a break.

Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader - do not apply thermal pads to the IHS. Over-tightening the mounting screws can crack an acrylic top or bow the socket retention frame; tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight.

No printed instructions are included; the installation illustration is in the gallery images. The manufacturer may modify the design, so the delivered product may differ from the images.
