- FITS THREADRIPPER AND EPYC: Covers Threadripper, Threadripper PRO and EPYC generations. Matches the processors listed under Compatibility on the TR4, sTRX4, sWRX8, SP3, sTR5 and SP6 sockets.
- NICKEL-PLATED COPPER COLD PLATE: Heat moves from the IHS into the coolant through a copper cold plate, not through the chassis airflow. The base is 0.35 mm thick, so the path to the coolant is short.
- MOUNTING HARDWARE AND PASTE INCLUDED: Four 9.5 x 17.5 mm screws and an M5 retaining clip hold the block down on the title's sockets. Thermal paste ships in the box for the IHS.
- WHAT HAS TO FIT: Measures 115.40 x 76.00 x 27.00 mm including screws and springs, so check clearance around the socket. One mounting pattern covers TR4, sTRX4, sWRX8 and SP3.

Built for Threadripper and EPYC on TR4, sTRX4, sWRX8, SP3, sTR5 and SP6 sockets, the Bykski CPU-SP3-SR covers the AMD EPYC 7001, 7002, 7003, 8004 / 8005, Threadripper 1000, 2000, 3000, 7000 / 9000 and Threadripper PRO 3000WX, 5000WX, 7000WX / 9000WX processors. Heavy-load chips run for hours, and a server heatsink only moves heat that chassis fans push through it.
The nickel-plated copper cold plate has 60 fine micro-channels, giving the coolant more copper to pull heat from. The all-metal housing suits a loop that runs around the clock.

Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader - do not apply thermal pads to the IHS. Over-tightening the mounting screws can crack an acrylic top or bow the socket retention frame; tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight.
No printed instructions are included; the installation illustration is in the gallery images. The manufacturer may modify the design, so the delivered product may differ from the images. Qualified users must install it themselves. The manufacturer isn't liable for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, noncompliant operation, or incompatible hardware or fluids.
