Bykski CPU-XPR-DDC-M CPU Water Block with DDC Pump for AMD AM5/AM4

The Bykski CPU-XPR-DDC-M is a CPU water block and DDC pump in one unit, made for custom water-cooled AMD PCs. It fits AMD Ryzen 9000, Ryzen 8000, Ryzen 7000, Ryzen AI 400 and EPYC 4004/4005 on AM5, plus Ryzen 1000 to 5000 on AM4. With the pump on top of the block, there is one less part to mount and plumb, which helps in compact cases.

Installation

• Remove the existing cooler and clean the CPU surface.
• Apply the included thermal paste.
• Fit the block over the CPU using the included mounting hardware for your AM5 or AM4 socket.
• Connect your loop tubing to the G1/4 inlet and outlet ports.
• Connect the pump power to a 4-pin Molex cable and the PWM cable to a motherboard header.
• Connect the lighting cable.
• Fill the loop through the injection port.

Warnings

Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader; never use thermal pads there.

Tighten the mounting screws in a cross pattern, finger tight. Over-tightening can crack the acrylic top or bend the socket retention frame.

The lighting plugs into a 5V 3-pin addressable (ARGB) header or an ARGB controller only. A 12V 4-pin RGB header will damage it.
