Our new HEATKILLER V PRO graphics card coolers for ASUS RTX 4090 STRIX and TUF were specially developed to cope with the high power loss of 450 watts and more. In order to ensure a correspondingly high increase in performance, we decided on a modular high-performance base plate. Proven technologies such as dual-layer inflow and symmetrical cooling design have also been introduced. Thanks to finely slotted fins and the resulting increase in the cooling surface, this ensures a significantly higher cooling performance than a monolithic design is capable of. We chose the fin structure in such a way that, in addition to increasing the performance of the GPU core, the flow rate is also kept high. All distances to heat-relevant components were kept short, which means that the heat from thermal problem areas such as the GDDR6X Ram and voltage converter is ideally dissipated. The PEEK spacers made from high-performance plastic ideally isolate the cooler from the circuit board and make installation easier. The legendary Kryonaut thermal paste from Thermal Grizzly ensures the best possible heat transfer.
