With finely slotted fins and the associated increase in the cooling surface, this ensures a significantly higher cooling capacity than a monolithic design is capable of. We chose the fin structure in such a way that, in addition to increasing the performance of the GPU core, the flow rate is also kept high. All distances to heat-relevant components were kept tight, which means that the heat from thermal problem areas such as GDDR6X RAM and voltage converters is ideally dissipated. The PEEK spacers made of high-performance plastic ideally insulate the cooler from the circuit board and facilitate assembly. The legendary Kryonaut thermal paste from Thermal Grizzly ensures the best possible heat transfer.
