Instruction Manual -> QR DOES NOT WORK !!! ??

I know the QR code has no English link. However, once I laid out the pieces and compared to the pictures on Newegg's site, it was OK to follow. I did check YouTube to no avail for that specific model. On the whole, I don't think it cooled that much, however. It's currently running at 43 degrees C, and I have a decent sized Cooler Master case with plenty of fans and airflow.
