    Kapton Insulation Sheet is a polyamide film that can be used at high temperatures up to 280 degrees Celsius and acts as an assembly aid for electrically conductive thermal interface material (TIM). It is ideal for covering components such as SMDs on a CPU or GPU if they are to be used with Conductonaut liquid metal, Carbonaut or KryoSheet.


    Kapton Insulation Sheet is supplied packaged in 10 sheets of 5 Kapton adhesive strips each. Each individual adhesive strip is 10 mm wide and 60 mm long, with a thickness of 40 µm. It is recommended to thoroughly clean the contact surface to which the Insulation Sheet is applied (e.g. isopropanol).
