Design reference from Beyerdynamic A1 headphone amplifier circuit, can drive 25-600 Ohm headphone.
Recommend voltage: Dual AC 12V-18V power 20-30W enough.
Assemble tips:
1. Must check all element, not be in the wrong location, opposite direction, not be joined of all back Sn point.
2. MC33078 and all audions not assemble temporary.
3. Test 7812 7912 voltage +/-12V are all ok.
4. After power on and listen to relay close sound, delayed 4-5second.
5. Insert mc33078 andall audions, then test output DC voltage, less than 50mV.
