Steps to install the driver:
1. Use your “Administrator” permission to install the driver;
2. restart your laptop or Mac;
3, Plug and Play in Window 8 and window 10
For Windows:
After you installed the driver, check if you can see the Ethernet icon on the bottom of your system tray;
For macOS:
go to left-upper Apple icon -> System Preferences -> General & Privacy, and allow apps downloaded from APP store and identified developers, check if you can see USB 10/100/1000 LAN with green color icon.
