Steps You Can Take To Get It Working
- Make sure it is plugged into a 3.0 port directly into the back of your desktop computer and the software on your Quest and computer is updated to latest software.
- Try a different 3.0 port if you have one. In rare cases it could work fine on 1 port but not another one. Try all your 3.0 ports if you have a problem. If using a laptop make sure it stays plugged in so it is giving the cable enough power.
- Restart your computer and or unplug your Quest and plug it back in.
- Remove the software off your computer then put it back on.
