How many minutes is the average flight time with a fully charged battery?

I've never really timed it, but guessing about 30 minutes.  When DJI or any other company gives flight times, it is perfect conditions and hard to those numbers.  You should easily get 25-30 minutes in most scenarios. There are many factors that affect battery time such as winds and wind speed, very hot or cold conditions, using the camera continually such as video during whole flight.  But I feel 27-30 minutes is more realistic for regular batteries.  If flight time is a big concern, go with 'plus' battery combo pack (fly more plus) as it will give you about 10-15 minutes more flight time for a little more money and you'll be required to register the M5P either way since it is over 249g with regular batteries and it will automatically broadcast your I.D.

Looking at your question, there seems to be no difference, other than price.  There is a 'plus' version with bigger batteries which i would suggest getting as you will need to register the drone either way due to it being over 249g.  Both the regular and plus versions automatically broadcast your I.D. number when flying.  As far as the exact question you are asking, it looks like it may be just different sellers.

Yes, it works and flies as if you purchased it from a regular store in the U.S.  You can and must register it with the FAA through their site as you would for any drone over 249g, but it's easy to do and $5.  The only thing that you cannot get or do is the DJI Refresh and any other warranty is not available through DJI.  You can get insurance for this though alternative ways such as Allstate insurance, State farm insurance or Asurion through Amazon for most issues. I went through State Farm Personal insurance and it was under $200 year for 7 of my DJI drones, as they go by value.
