Will these fit people with glasses?

Yes, the goggles are specifically designed to accommodate also wearing a pair of glasses. You may or may not need to wear them, though: I wear glasses but don't need them when using the goggles.

Do these work with Phantom 3 Standard?

They were not meant for the P3 series or any other brand drones! You can get it to work with a Phantom 3 but you have to modify the controller so it has a HDMI output and then they will only be a screen to watch you won’t have any control over the drone with the goggles EG Headtracking, etc these features in the goggles will be lost! If you plane on getting a mavic or Phantom 4 in the future then they maybe worth it? Also you have to activate the goggles like you have to activate the drones before they work the easiest way to do this is with a compatible Drone and it’s contr otherwise you have to plug them into a PC. And use the Go4 app to activate them before they will work.
