The Keyboard Features
White LED Backlighting on Black Keys
This keyboard,for XPS 15 9550 9560 9570,is equipped with two-step keyboard illumination.
Keys are backlit and turn on automatically based on the surrounding environment. The backlight brightens the letter as well as surround the key.
There are also two levels of brightness that users can select using the Function key. The keys are black and the backlight is white, so contrast is good.
Keys with 1.3mm of Travel
XPS 15 9550 keyboard key has 1.3mm of travel, which is quite good although some users would have preferred slightly more considering the size of the device.
US Layout with Standard Enter Key
It's a keyboard without keyboard trim bezel assembly.Therefore,please make sure your currently old keyboard is the US version.
It's not compatible with keyboard trim bezel with European language layout,e.g.,Spanish or Latin Spanish.Some US users prefer to LA Spanish.Please note that this US version is not compatible with keyboard trim bezel with L-shaped Enter Key.
