1) This is a DP KVM Switcher 2X1, the max. resolutions are 4kX2K/60HZ, it can not support any refresh frequency beyond 60Hz.
2) The output is Displayport, you can not connect a DP to HDMI(VGA/DVI) adapter to it. It won't work.
3) Displayport cable is not included in the package.
4) A standard 104-key wired USB keyboard, standard 2 or 3 buttons wired USB mouse is recommended.
