Pin 1/2 & 3/6 & 4/5 & 7/8 transmitting data, Pin 4/5(+) & 7/8(-) is for power. This poe splitter can be used with any Ethernet switches. It can still manage and view every network ports as before when worked with managed switches as opposed to a normal unmanaged POE switch.
