The Jabra Engage 50 II Link Controller connects the Jabra Engage 50 II to a computer and enables call control between the headset and a customer's call. The controller is an optional accessory for the headset. It is native to the Engage 50 II and compatible with the Engage 50 and Engage 40 USB-C version without an inline controller. The control unit allows for an easy plug-and-play connection. Simply plug your Engage 50 II Jabra headphones into the control unit and connect the control unit to a USB-A port on your computer. The Engage 50 II Link has a wheel volume control, a call, mute and hold function, a reprogrammable Busylight and a speed dial button for select contact centre platforms.

Thanks to its adjustable, audible SmartRinger you can always hear incoming calls - even when you are not near your headset. Our Engage 50 II Link Call Controller is fully compatible with Unified Communications platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Connect, Genesys Cloud CX and more. It is equipped with a USB-A port and comes with a 3-year warranty.
