Q1: Why cannot get it to recognize one computer or the monitor no display?
A1: a. please press the number 1 button on the front panel for over 8-10 seconds, the two LEDs on the KVM switch will be on, then off, then on again over 3 seconds, until the virtual monitor set is finished, and only one LED will be on. The virtual monitor is now refreshed, set, and restored. b. Or If you connect the laptop, you can try to presswindows +P simultaneously to copy the screen or extend the screen.
Q2: The mouse and keyboard or some other USB device does not work normally
A2: a. Wait 1-5 seconds for the operating system torecognize the device; b. Switch to another PC, then switch back; c. Re-plug the mouse and keyboard once; d. Re-plud the KVM Switch.
Q3: Experiencing delayed and intermittent response time with mouse and keyboard.
A3: Basic keyboard/mouse is recommended. The mechanical and gaming keyboards need more powerful, the switch will have insufficient power
