Considering the user's use of BitBang, the FT233RL USB TTL is added with an external crystal to make it more stable during high-speed operation.
The measured baud rate can reach 3M. experimental environment: two FT232 are programmed with FTDI official dll for pair transmission. The user's actual transmission rate may be limited by the serial port software, can not choose 6M.
