This upgraded industrial-grade wired single-camera system features high 10G vibration resistance and a wide DC10-36V power input range, making it suitable for large vehicles including buses, box trucks, pickup trucks, garbage trucks, flatbed trucks, dump trucks, street sweeper trucks, refrigerator trucks, motor homes, vans, skid steers, farm tractors, combines, cotton pickers, crop sprayers, bulldozers, snow plows, forklifts, excavators, and other heavy equipment. The system includes a 7-inch LCD AHD 1080P color monitor (not a split-screen model, so the full/split/quad view buttons are non-functional) with a U-type metal bracket. This monitor is not waterproof. It works with most vehicles featuring a free DC10-36V power input range and supports a maximum of 3 cameras. A built-in TVS device protects the monitor from damage caused by transient high vehicle power. This monitor supplies only the active camera with DC12V, conserving energy. The heavy-duty camera is a color AHD 1080P unit. It delivers clear, color images with no delay and has a 120-degree viewing angle. With an IP69K waterproof rating (the highest level) and night vision, it performs effectively in various weather conditions and low ambient light. Its robust 10G vibration-proof rating ensures reliable operation on vehicles with intensive vibration in extreme conditions. Key features include: 1. Buttons with automatic LED backlighting for precise operation at night. 2. A monitor with a built-in protector to prevent damage from reversed power polarity. 3. A system with built-in memory that retains previous option settings even after being powered off. 4. The camera's image can be set to mirror, non-mirror, or upside-down via the OSD menu. 5. The distance grid line can be activated via the menu; connecting the trigger wire to power will then display it on screen. Operation details: 1. The monitor has 3 trigger wires. It is triggered to turn on automatically and display the camera image when reversing. After reversing, it returns to its previous mode. 2. This system offers two viewing options: view only when reversing or remain on continuously. 3. It uses waterproof Aviation 4-pin screw connectors, not BNC/RCA connectors. 4. Installation is straightforward. FAQ: 1. If the power/AV/M/-+ buttons don't work, disconnect the trigger wire, and they will function. The trigger wire needs connection to the rear lamp's power. 2. The remote doesn't work because it does not include a battery, as batteries are prohibited for shipping. 3. The full/split/quad view buttons on the monitor's right side don't work because this is not a quad monitor; these buttons are not required to function. 4. If the distance grid/guide line doesn't show, first activate it via the menu on a channel (e.g., AHD1), then connect trigger wire 1 to the positive power source; the grid line will then appear. 5. The trigger wire determines the monitor's operation. The default installation connects it to the positive side of the reverse light, causing the monitor to display video when the gear is in reverse. For manual operation, simply leave this wire disconnected
