    This ADS1256 high-precision ADC data acquisition module takes the Texas Instruments ADS1256 24-bit analog-to-digital converter as the core component, designed for high-accuracy weak voltage signal measurement scenarios that ordinary 12-bit or 16-bit ADC modules cannot meet.

    It provides 8 differential analog input channels, which can be flexibly configured as 8 differential inputs or 16 single-ended inputs according to project requirements, greatly improving the efficiency of multi-node data acquisition. The integrated programmable gain amplifier supports multiple gain gears from 1x to 64x, which can amplify millivolt and even microvolt-level faint signals from pressure sensors, load cells, thermocouples and strain gauges, effectively improving sampling resolution.

    The module adopts an onboard high-stability 2.5V precision voltage reference source, which avoids measurement deviation caused by unstable power supply voltage and guarantees long-term measurement repeatability. It communicates with the main controller through the SPI bus protocol, featuring high transmission speed and strong anti-interference ability, compatible with Arduino, STM32 single-chip microcomputers, Raspberry Pi and other mainstream embedded control boards.

    With reserved terminal blocks for wiring and compact PCB layout, it is equipped with power reverse connection protection and filter circuits to suppress power supply ripple and electromagnetic interference, suitable for stable continuous operation in laboratory and simple industrial environments. Complete open-source test codes and wiring tutorials are provided for rapid secondary development.
