Connection Remarks
- 144Hz refresh rate when connecting the device only through the Type-C port, and only up to 120Hz when connecting the device through the HDMI port.
- If the monitor needs to be connected to an external power supply, connect the power supply first and then connect the cable for data transmission. This is important for high quality data transfer transmission
- Since this product is a 2.5K high resolution screen, it requires a higher voltage to maintain operation. When there is no external power supply connected to the monitor, the monitor will automatically enter power saving mode and the screen brightness will dim, when increasing the screen brightness will cause the power supply voltage required by the monitor to rise. If the voltage output of the connected device is not sufficient to support the high brightness, the monitor will automatically shut down. Therefore, for a better experience, please supply power through the "Type-C to Type-C Cable with Charger" provided in the package
