The CRUA 24-inch curved gaming monitor pairs Full HD 1080p resolution with a refresh rate of up to 180Hz and AMD FreeSync, making it a fit for gamers who prioritize smooth, responsive play at 1080p.
Recommended For
- 1080p PC gamers who would rather prioritize a high refresh rate than higher resolution; the monitor is positioned around Full HD gaming at up to 180Hz with FreeSync.
- Budget-conscious PC players building a first or secondary gaming setup who want a 24-inch curved screen and high-refresh 1080p gaming without prioritizing premium features.
- Players of fast-moving PC games who want a higher-refresh display for smoother motion at 1080p, provided their computer can output a high frame rate.
- PC users who want one display for gaming and everyday office tasks; CRUA positions this model for both uses, with a 24-inch Full HD screen.
Real-World Use Scenarios
- For PC players in fast-paced games, using DisplayPort with a computer that can drive high frame rates lets the monitor show smoother motion than a standard 60Hz display; reaching 180Hz depends on the setup.
- When game frame rates fluctuate, enabling AMD FreeSync on a compatible PC can help reduce screen tearing and make play look more consistent.
- For console gaming at a desk, it can serve as a compact 1080p screen; a PS5 owner has discussed using this 24-inch CRUA model, though console output and game settings determine the experience.
- For everyday school or home-office tasks between gaming sessions, the Full HD screen can handle browsing, documents, and video calls, while its 24-inch size suits a personal desk setup.
- For a desk with limited space or a multi-monitor setup, its VESA compatibility allows users to mount it on an arm or wall and free up some desk surface.
