How do I change the led lights on the pc?

if you search for "skytech, change RGB" their sight has a page that specifically covers this topic. TLDR: you'll need to install a RGB lighting controller software. Of the options listed I found signal RGB to work well.

Does it come with the cables to power on and connect to monitor etc or do you have to buy seperate?

The PC comes with 120VAC power cable, wired Keyboard, Mouse. I believe you have to purchase an HMDI or Display port cable separate. This usually comes with any monitor you purchase.
