I have looked in the GPU and CPU. The power supply is recommended higher than what is provided in this build. How does that affect the PC?

When building my own PC 8 years ago I did research on that, and not providing enough power to components can damage them, or at least cause the PC to shut down. I would *never* buy a system these days that has a PSU of only 650W, and certainly not a system with that GPU.

What type of motherboard is included with this pre-build as I do not see it included in the specs?

It varies per build. 7/2022 Mine came with ASROCK z690 PRO rs.
