this product does indeed come with peripherals, but in regards to your other question, this PC is a balanced combination for both coding and gaming. The CPU having its' 10 cores gives a significant boost in calculations and along with the GPU choices, I recommend you choose and option with more ram (32 gigs) and the 5060 since the 5060 has GDDR7 VRAM instead of the 4060's GDDR6 VRAM which has potential limitation in the future. In simple terms, if you choose a system with 16gb and a 4060, you will have to tweak some settings in games and calculations would be decent, If you choose a system with 16-32 gb paired with a 5060, there is a significant boost in fps with 4k  AAA games, and the average calculation speed would still stay the same with the Intel CPU, but if you want to lean closer to gaming rather than coding, I would use a Ryzen cpu instead of Intel, if you are leaning more towards coding then I recommend you keep the Intel CPU. (in case I am wrong there are various sources on the internet you can use)

there is one stick of DDr5 ram which has a total of 16 gigabites, I do recommend that you purchase 2 8 gigabite sticks for better performance if that is what you are looking for, but if you do not mind a slight drop in performance then you do not have to purchase more ram. (in which according to the current economy the price of ram is outrageous) if you want further information I do recommend you watch a YouTube video regarding how and why it is better to run ram in 2 channels instead of 1.

according to the GPU ranges on this product, I recommend you play at 1080p instead of 4k, playing at 4k would get you fps around 30-50 fps while playing at 1080 would bring you up to 70 on both 4060 and 5060. This PC (according to others' reviews) has a stock air cooler placed over the CPU, if you want to keep this then you don't have to read further. But if you want better airflow I recommend you head over to Coolermaster. They make pretty good heat sinks. They also liquid AIO coolers for CPUs if you want cooler temps. The only thing with liquid cooling is you might need to check the water after a couple months because of bacterial growth (THIS IS NORMAL) and as you install the AIO make sure there is no leaks by using an air pump of some sorts before you poor the solution in. And as said before If I am wrong I do recommend you go to a trusted source and gather tutorials and more info on Air and Water cooling.
