Each led strip has 21 LEDs, and there are two led strips in the package, total 42 LEDs.
Does it support 4-pin RGB header of the motherboard?
No, it doesn't support 4-pin RGB header of motherboards, it only support 5V 3-pin argb header of motherboards, because the LEDs of the led strip are addressable rgb LEDs(built-in IC), working voltage is +5V.
Why doesn't the led strip turn on after plugging it into the 3-pin argb header of the motherboard?
First, please check if the included 3-pin extension cable is correctly plugged into the 3-pin argb header of the motherboard. Then, check whether the led strips are properly connected to the 3-pin extension cable and check if connections are loose.
Why aren't all the LEDs turning on?
First, please check if your LED control software has a limit on the number of LEDs. If there are no issues with the software settings, we think you may have received defective product, please apply for a replacement.
Can the led strip be cut to the length I want?
Hello, the entire led strip is wrapped in a silicone tube, and it is not recommended to cut it, as this may damage the led strip and cause unnecessary trouble.
