1. Battery Powered - AA Batteries almost run out. Please replace with new batteries or plug the lights into USB socket to try again.
2. USB Plug - Change another USB socket or adapter (5V,1A-2A).

1. The default lighting mode is OFF. Press the button on the USB plug or use the remote to turn on the lights. (Press "8" on the remote control for steady on mode)
2. Change another USB socket or adapter (5V,1A-2A), or try with AA batteries.

Theoretically, the battery life is equal to the capacity of the battery divided by the current of the LED light. The maximum output of this light is 300mA. If you use 3 x 1500mAh batteries, it will last at least 4500/300=15 hours.
It may vary in response to battery type and brand(quality).
Q. The remote doesn't work.
1. Please remove the plastic tab to active the battery and point the remote in the direction of the signal receiver(USB plug) to control it.
2. Since these are IR (infrared) they are susceptible to interference. Things like microwaves and cable boxes can cause issues. Check the path between the receiver and the remote and clear any obstructions.
3. Replace the coin battery of the remote control if it has been used for a long time.
