Warm Tips:
1. Please take the transparent insulator out of the remote controller before use. Aim at the small white controller on the string when using the remote.
2. Please do not submerge the power adapter, controller or remote controller into water. IP44 waterproof for the controller, plug and remotes are not waterproof.
3. The camper rope lights for outside can not be connected or cut.
4. Please check if the connection between the AC plug and the string is in good contact before use.
5. If the rope lights outdoor suddenly stop working properly, it may be that the system is stuck. Please wait a few seconds or unplug the power supply and replug it. Occasionally, the remote control may not respond, requiring you to use the mobile app to turn the light back on.
