What' s the name of the APP? How to connect the mobile APP?
App name: Lotus Lantern
1. Search for “Lotus Lantern” in your APP store.
2. Turn on your phone Bluetooth.
3. Open APP and connect the light. (Connect Bluetooth in APP instead of mobile phone settings)
What types of cars do the lights fit?
Should theoretically work with any car, as long as you have gaps in the trim to push the lights in. Please measure your car's gap width and available space before purchasing to ensure the light strip fits perfectly without bending or falling out.
Why the interior car light strip emits uneven lighting?
Please ensure you are using the DC 12V adapter. Please be aware that the light intensity naturally tapers off towards the end of the wire. This gradual fading is a normal optical feature, creating a subtle and non-distracting effect.
The lights are broken or not working. Can I get a replacement?
