Why the TV backlight not light up or flicker when installed?
1. The output power of TV usb port less than 5W(5V/1A).
2. The light strip plug connect to controller plug is not arrow to arrow.
How to hide the corner turn's wire ?
Roll the wire cord into a circle.
Why half of the light do not work after installed?
1. Test the light strip before install.
2. Do not bend the wire cord so tight when do the corner turns, press the connection between the flat light strip and the wire to prevent the wire from squeezing together and causing a short circuit.
Is it support Alexa or Google device?
No
Why the remote not working?
Push the battery out, and then push it in, the problem will solve.
