Cross-Platform – This gaming headset is compatible with many devices like PC, PS4, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox One S, Switch, etc., but cannot support the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Also, you need a Microsoft adaptor (purchased separately) to connect to the OLD version of the Xbox One controller.
Trouble Shooting Tips:
- Check that the mic mute switch on the in-line controls is not set to "mute".
- If you want to use it with your computer, you'll need to connect the headset to your computer via the 2-in-1 Y-Audio Aux cable (included).
- You need an extra Microsoft adapter (not included) for old version Xbox One.
