Bluetooth is designed for use with mobile devices. You can use Bluetooth with your phone or tablet, and it also works with the latest version of the Nintendo Switch. PS5/PS4 consoles are not supported. Please use the dongle for PlayStation systems.
Why CAN'T I use this gaming headset with Xbox?
2.4GHz wireless and Bluetooth modes are NOT supported on Xbox. You can use the 3.5mm wired connection for Xbox gaming.
How do I mute the microphone?
You can mute or unmute the microphone by pressing the mic button once on the left earcup. Please note that this headset does NOT support a flip-to-mute function.
