14-pin NCP1399AA chip, suitable for power supply and hash boards, 600V driver, is a current mode resonant controller.
NCP1399AA is a high-performance current mode controller for half-bridge resonant converters. The controller implements a 600 V gate driver, simplifies the layout and reduces the number of external components. The built-in Brown-Out input function makes it easy to implement the controller in all applications. In applications that require a PFC front stage, NCP1399 has a dedicated output to drive the PFC controller. This function, together with the dedicated skip mode technology, further improves the light load efficiency of the entire application. This NCP1399 provides a series of protection functions, which can operate safely in any application.
This includes: overload protection, over-current protection against hard switching cycles, power-down detection, open-circuit detection of optocoupler, automatic no-load time adjustment, over-voltage (OVP) and over-temperature (OTP) protection.
