Question 1

My intend usage includes Karaoke, this unit doesn't seem to have a microphone input. Did I miss it?
Thanks!

Accepted Answer

It does have a headphone/spdif jack, but no mic jack. You can always get a USB microphone or a USB microphone adapter... I have a Logitech headphone that came with one.

It is a great little PC. I use mine as a HTPC and plug the optical spdif into my surround system.

Question 2

Will this run headless (ie without a monitor plugged in)? I want to use it in a robot.

Accepted Answer

Depends on your O/S. I haven't tried any recent windows versions headless, but I have a little server at the house that runs Mint Linux headless with absolutely no problems. Power down, power up, no monitor connected, all files available, web server available.
